5 Effective Ways To Stay Motivated During Weightloss Journey

Starting a Weightloss journey and then staying in it is not at all an easy thing to experience. Those who somehow take the plunge know what kind of struggle they are putting in. This is not only the physical but also a mental journey that requires a hell lot of consistency.

There are certain ways that can help u stay on track and keep u motivated until u achieve your goal weight and body..
So!!!! Here we go :)

1. KEEP TRACK

Keeping track of your food and water intake can not only keep a pretty good information about your intake, it also gives a very vivid idea of the ways your body responds to certain foods and workouts. You can change your diet and exercise according to the body responses. This gives you proper results and you don't end up getting discouraged by the random and blind exercises and diet plans.  You can use myfitnesspal for your record keeping. You can keep your journal also...whatever suits you



2. EXERCISE IN THE MORNING

When you workout early in the morning, it helps you during your Weightloss journey in many ways. The feeling of having done with your workout in the beginning of the day is so satisfying trust me. It is so encouraging that you automatically want to eat clean for the rest of the day. I m sure no one wants to waste 30 mins of sweat against just a piece of cake loaded of hundreds of unhealthy calories. 
It also keeps you energetic all day plus you are already empty stomach...you don't have to keep empty stomach for exercise unlike when you have to stay hungry only to workout...

Set  your alarm at 6:00 am and start an amazing journey... :)


3. WORKOUT PARTNER

Whether it be a group study, assignments, or workout, having a buddy boosts your efficiency up to a great level. Having a workout buddy is the smartest choice you make during your weight loss programme. Be it a roomie, a bestie, sibling or a spouse, just get them join you in your routine. Take a glass of water for you and your partner every morning and so will he. Get him to a walk and workout together. Have a nice chit chat during workouts, cook together and do everything else together. Ohhh hey!!! You just achieved your couple goals too....
Perfect!!!!!




4. WORKOUT INFRONT OF A MIRROR IF INDOORS

Seeing those jiggling arms and tummy and cellulite thighs is not an ideal thing to witness. But hang in there.. Continue working out in front of a mirror and you will love to see your transformation believe me. Jiggling tummy transforming into a flat tummy gives you another higher goal trust me. Those arms getting toned and thighs getting in shape is amazing.

5. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS

Sharing your progress with the people around you during your weight loss journey keeps you on track magically. It keeps you accountable and this works 100%. Go ahead make a blog or share it on your Facebook or twitter...that's not show off that's not anything negative...its just one of the main steps you take towards your fitness and your goal weight and body.

1.don't starve yourself to end up binging

2. Drinks lots and lots of water to stay hydrated and energetic....

3. Keep posture straight during sitting, standing walking or anything and keep breathing. BREATHING IS THE KEY!!!!
